Job Description:

OrbitFit is seeking a Zero-G Yoga Instructor to join our team in Earth orbit, helping space travelers find their inner peace and stretch beyond their physical limits. This unique role combines the art of yoga with the novelty of zero gravity, creating an unparalleled experience for our clients. As part of our wellness program, you will guide astronauts and space tourists through yoga sequences that are adapted for zero gravity, promoting physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual balance in the extraordinary environment of space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead zero gravity yoga classes for individuals and groups.
• Adapt traditional yoga poses for the zero-gravity environment, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Work with a diverse clientele, including astronauts and space tourists of varying fitness levels.
• Provide guidance on mindfulness and meditation practices in space.
• Collaborate with other wellness specialists to create a holistic wellness program.
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to zero-gravity fitness and wellness.

Requirements:

• Certified Yoga Instructor with a minimum of 200 hours of training.
• Experience in teaching yoga, with a preference for those who have experience adapting practices for special environments.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo training for zero-gravity instruction.
